Clearance items cannot be replaced.
Should an item be defective need to be returned, please contact us right away. Should the item need to be returned, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Items returned without an authorized RA# will not be accepted. Returns must be authorized - you can do so simply by emailing us. No refunds will be issued until the returned item has been received. There is a 7 day refund policy. You have 7 days from the day you get your order to return.
